I am locked out of class now...arg... i was late because i was contemplating whether i should go for class since i woke up with a terrible headache..hiaz..and i DROPPED MY MAC...wah it felt as though someone drowned my kid or something...we should just be let in ok..since we made the effort to come to school..

ok i am currently back in class now...the teacher let me in...haha...waited a while with natalie..and we took some stupid photos...anyways i had an assignment on advertisements and how the visual works with the heading and subheading...here are some super cool adverts which i like a lot!!!

Here comes another example above of ways in which brands are leveraging street art and culture jamming to sell products.Appetizing photo of a cup of Folgers coffee was printed on vinyl and placed on top of steaming New York City manhole covers. Holes cut out of the vinyl let steam rise through. Headline around cup reads “Hey, City That Never Sleeps. Wake up.”

An advertisement for a job recruiting company in Berlin , Germany . Depicting people working in the vending machines, ATMs, it delivers the message that 'Life is too short for the wrongjob'.

A very cost-effective advertisement in Hong Kong for a yoga school showcases the prowess of a yoga practitioner on the flexible stems of drinking straws. Enquiries and enrolment went after up this promotional stunt.

A creative ad by Mini Cooper placed at the Zurich , Switzerland train station, shows people climbing into or out of the car, when they are actually entering or exiting stairs.

The naked truth(haha i came up with that!!)

The action is named ‘None of us would like to end up like this.. neither would other-than-human animals’ and it was done with four big foam trays, each of them containing a naked activist inside, and covered with a see-through plastic with a ‘Human meat’ sticker on it. The idea was to imitate the ‘meat’ trays we can find at the supermarkets and to show that we are also animals, just as other-than-human animals, we neither would like to end up there.

WHEE!!!!

haha these advertisements are like super duper cool right!i think they really grab's one attention and make it really memorable therefore the advert has successfully achieved its purpose!!!i really hope that i can be as creative as these advertisers..they rock socks man...and on a random note i think i am bursting with fats now since i just ate macs...OH!and tomorrow is fleaker of hope...amandal jillian chris and i will be tending a stall ,selling some of our clothes..haha just come on down if u can make it ya..there will be loads of cool stalls from well known blog shops..i cant wait to buy my top and skirt from vineyard co.!!!and JILLIAN put in a lot of effort to organise this event..its part of her CCA and the main purpose is to raise funds for a charitable organisation!!!SO SUPPORT HER YA!!and give her a pat on the back when u see her..hehe:)

Haha this picture is taken early this year during jillian's birthday(HAHA jillian you confirm kill me but never mind)...when my Dad sees it he keeps thinking it was taken when we were primary 6...haha jillian really looks exactly like how she did when she was primary 4..hehe....okie dokes this sums up my post!and this is my first official post which i have updated in school!oh random again but did i mention how much i love playing wii with my DADDY ,TONY HOE BOON POH!!!..haha..he will gang up with me against RUSS!!MUAHAHAHA..see ya tomorrow! be there or be square!not circle.ha.

the opposite of love isnt hate, its indifference..and now i clearly understand the meaning of this sentence
